You don’t have to carry all your extra belongings along the trek. Instead, you can leave them at the campsite or homestay and only take the essential items for the trek, such as raincoats, a flashlight, a water bottle, a lunchbox, and any valuables.
Restroom facilities are not available along the trekking route, so it’s recommended to utilize these facilities before commencing the trek.
