At The United Trips, we value your trust and are committed to delivering seamless and transparent travel services. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions related to cancellations, modifications, and refunds across all our services.

1. General Cancellation Rules

  • All cancellation requests must be made in writing via email to info@theunitedtrip.com or by calling +91 99205 36365.
  • Cancellation charges are subject to the policies of airlines, hotels, transport providers, and third-party service partners.
  • Any service or processing fee charged by The United Trips is non-refundable.

2. Flight Bookings

  • Airline tickets are governed by the cancellation and refund policies of the respective airlines.
  • Some flight tickets may be non-refundable or may carry significant cancellation fees.
  • Date change or rebooking charges will apply as per the airline’s policies.

3. Hotel Bookings

  • Hotels have varying cancellation timelines, such as 24 hours, 48 hours, or 7 days before check-in.
  • No-shows or last-minute cancellations may incur full charges with no refund.
  • Refunds, if applicable, will follow the hotel’s specific policy.

4. Holiday Packages & Tours

  • Advance deposits paid for holiday packages may be non-refundable.
  • Cancellations made more than 15 days before the departure date may qualify for a partial refund, subject to deductions by third-party providers.
  • Cancellations within 7 days of departure will attract 100% charges (no refund).
  • Exact cancellation timelines and conditions will be provided at the time of booking.

5. Refund Processing

  • Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–15 working days after confirmation from the respective service provider.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment.
  • The United Trips is not responsible for delays caused by banks, payment gateways, or third-party service providers.

6. No Refund Situations

Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

  • No-show by the traveler.
  • Denial of boarding or entry due to invalid travel documents (e.g., passport, visa, vaccination certificate).
  • Missed flights, trains, or transfers due to traveler negligence.
  • Force Majeure events, including but not limited to:
    • Natural calamities
    • Political unrest
    • Strikes
    • Government restrictions

7. Modifications & Rescheduling

  • Requests for date changes or rescheduling are often treated as cancellations and will be subject to the provider’s policies.
  • Additional charges may apply for modifications or amendments.
