Refund & Cancellation Policy

At The United Trips, we value your trust and strive to provide seamless travel services. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the rules and conditions for cancellations and refunds.


1. General Cancellation Rules

  • All cancellation requests must be made in writing via email to info@theunitedtrip.com or by calling +91 99205 36365.

  • Cancellation charges depend on the policies of airlines, hotels, transport providers, and other third-party service partners.

  • Our service/processing fee (if charged) is non-refundable.


2. Flight Bookings

  • Airline tickets are subject to the cancellation/refund policies of the respective airline.

  • Some tickets may be non-refundable or may carry heavy cancellation charges.

  • Date change or rebooking fees will be as per airline rules.


3. Hotel Bookings

  • Hotels may have varying cancellation timelines (e.g., 24 hours, 48 hours, or 7 days before check-in).

  • No-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in full charges without refunds.

  • Refunds, if applicable, will be as per the hotel’s policy.


4. Holiday Packages & Tours

  • Advance deposits paid for holiday packages may be non-refundable.

  • Cancellations made before 15 days of departure may be eligible for a partial refund, subject to third-party deductions.

  • Within 7 days of departure, cancellations may attract 100% charges (no refund).

  • Exact timelines will be mentioned at the time of booking.


5. Refund Processing

  • Eligible refunds will be processed and credited within 7–15 working days after receiving confirmation from the respective service providers.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment.

  • The United Trips is not responsible for delays caused by banks, payment gateways, or third-party providers.


6. No Refund Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • “No Show” by the traveler.

  • Denial of boarding/entry due to invalid travel documents (passport, visa, vaccination, etc.).

  • Missed flights, trains, or transfers due to traveler negligence.

  • Force Majeure events such as natural calamities, political unrest, strikes, or government restrictions.


7. Modifications & Rescheduling

  • Requests for date changes or rescheduling will be treated as cancellations in many cases and will be subject to provider rules.

  • Additional charges may apply for modifications.
