Welcome to The United Trips. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before participating in our treks or trips.
You agree to use this website for lawful purposes only.
You must not misuse our site for fraudulent, unauthorized, or illegal activities.
We reserve the right to deny access to anyone who violates these terms.
A minimum of 10-12 participants is required to organize a trek/trip. If this minimum is not met, The United Trips may offer an alternative trek/trip or reschedule.
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
Prices and itineraries are subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, traffic delays, permit issues, or other situational factors.
Payment must be made in full (or as per agreed terms) before confirming participation.
Additional charges, such as taxes or fees due to currency fluctuations, may apply.
Rescheduling requests must be made at least 5 days before the original trek/trip start date and within 30 days of the original trip date. After this period, no rescheduling or refunds will be allowed.
If a trek permit is unavailable, an alternative trek or rescheduling will be offered. No refunds will be provided.
Cancellations and refunds are processed based on third-party policies (e.g., transport or accommodation providers).
Tickets once booked cannot be exchanged or refunded.
Service/processing fees charged by The United Trips are non-refundable.
The itinerary is subject to change due to weather, traffic, permit issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. For example, Day 1 may include sightseeing, with the trek rescheduled to Day 2, potentially delaying the return.
Pickup and drop-off timings are tentative and will be confirmed before the trek. Delays may occur due to traffic or weather conditions.
Participants must arrange their own transport to designated pickup points and arrive at least 20 minutes prior to departure.
In case of cancellations due to weather, government restrictions, or permit issues, an alternative activity may be provided, but no refunds will be issued.
Facilities are basic and not luxurious, including sleeping bags, tents, dormitories, rooms with beds, or sleeping under the open sky.
Basic, delicious vegetarian food will be provided during the trek/trip.
An average level of fitness is required to participate. The United Trips is not responsible if a participant cannot complete the trek due to personal limitations.
Participants are responsible for their belongings, including valuables and jewelry. The United Trips is not liable for any loss or damage.
Participants must avoid littering and keep all locations clean.
Participants must check travel advisories, health, and safety requirements before the trip.
Any misconduct, misbehavior, alcohol consumption, or causing delays during the event will result in termination from the event without refund or transport assistance. Terminated participants must arrange their own transport back.
Littering, smoking, and alcohol consumption are prohibited during the trek, except at designated times and places for drinks.
The United Trips acts as an intermediary between participants and third-party service providers (e.g., transport operators).
We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, accidents, injuries, natural calamities, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
Participants indemnify themselves for risks involved in treks/trips, which vary by destination.
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the booking.
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of The United Trips and protected under applicable copyright laws.
Unauthorized use or reproduction of content is prohibited.
Your use of this website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.
We may revise these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The updated version will be posted on our website with the new effective date.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru.
Management decisions are final, and rights of admission are reserved.
